Wow!!! SOHK had an amazing day at the ASJL National Championships in VA on Saturday! Sensei Chris Tenney was presented with the ASJL Black Belt of the Year award and every SOHK competitor placed in one or more divisions!

“I am so incredibly proud of Sensei Chris for his hard work and dedication. This award is well deserved. Registration is open for Lil’ Tigers & Lil’ Warriors at School of Hard Knox!

These classes are designed specifically for ages 4–7, giving our youngest students an age-appropriate introduction to martial arts.

Mondays — Mt. Airy
Wednesdays — Pilot Mountain

Ages 4–5: 5:00–5:30 PM
Ages 6–7: 5:30–6:00 PM (Early class option available in Mt. Airy ONLY, 4:15-4:45 PM)
