We are so excited to announce our teacher of the month for September is Ms. Jenna!

Ms. Jenna creates such a fun, nurturing and loving environment for the children in her class. She has built so many meaningful relationships in the Starfish classroom and she is consistently changes and adapts to the needs of the children in her classroom. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.
2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.
3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can are a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
