We have teamed up with a licensed mental health clinician to bring you a 2-hour virtual instructor development course.
We don't want negative past experiences to prevent students from getting necessary training and education, or even worse....make them worse.

This one-of-a-kind course will cover:
- How trauma impacts learning, behavior and performance
- Strategies to create safe and supportive training environment
- Practical ways to prevent re-traumatization in the classroom
and on the range
- How to integrate trauma-informed principles into fi****ms instruction and coaching..and more

These 2 ladies had an awesome time during their range session.

They learned how different sized guns feel and shoot differently. They explored guns that have heavy springs and are difficult to rack, and tiny fi****ms that have very little real estate to manipulate them properly.

They also explored the differences between iron sight and optics.

I really love introducing women to the world of fi****ms!

This week, The Northeast Georgian, our local newspaper, published an article about me for National Sports Shooting Month.

I want to thank my husband, A Girl & A Gun, Double Tap Outdoor and Tactical, Georgia Mountain Shooting Association, and The Complete Combatant , along with so many others, for all of the support and guidance they have given me over these years to help me grow my shooting and instructing/coaching skills. It has been a fantastic journey so far, and I cannot wait to see where it goes next!

Ten ladies from five different chapters across the country came together as a powerful at the Great Lakes MultiGun Championship in Niles, MI. They represented A Girl & A Gun on the stages with skill, grit, and serious team spirit. A huge congratulations goes to the Foothills CO Chapter Facilitator for earning the High Lady trophy and taking 2nd Place in Limited Division.
