Mullein over the end of summer with a jar full of sunshine. These mullein flowers are infused in oil to make eat drops for ear aches and infections.

We’ve had a rough time lately. Our dog, Roxy, was hit by a car. It was a close call but she will be okay. Then our rooster, Buster, was taken by a huge hawk. Then my beloved kitty, Inky, was hit by a car and is thankfully going to be okay. And we have lost two more chickens. Just a word of advice… don’t buy baby chicks before you have a coop. And, keep pets inside. I am grateful for the lives of all our animals.

Afternoon, all! I am seeking speaking opportunities locally to bring awareness to the community about honeybees and what we can do to support them. I was thinking Real Estate Companies or gardening groups or historical society functions would be appropriate. Any idea or opportunity leads are much appreciated. Here is a fun video:
