🦆☀️ The Teachers Are Ducking Out for the Summer!☀️🦆

This summer, our OLL staff took their little ducks along for the adventure—and these ducks have officially earned some frequent flyer miles! 😂

From hockey rinks and lake cabins to national parks, road trips, adventures across the U.S. and even beyond, our ducks have been busy exploring! 🌎

What started as a fun staff activity turned into some pretty amazing summer memories. We loved seeing the creative places our staff took their ducks and getting a little glimpse into their summer adventures along the way.

✨ The impact of a teacher lasts a lifetime. ✨

As we prepare for a wonderful new school year, our OLL staff spent time together in a special Catholic education training led by our principals alongside Ted Neitzke of Buffalo Leadership. 🦬

One of the powerful reminders from our time together was that teachers have an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child’s life. Every interaction, every word of encouragement, every lesson, and every moment of connection matters.

We also reflected on the importance of teamwork and working together. When our teachers and staff support one another, share their strengths, and work toward a common mission, our students are the ones who benefit most.

We are so grateful for a team that is committed to growing together and creating an environment where every child is known, valued, encouraged, and inspired. 💙

We recently had the opportunity to spotlight one of our wonderful alumni graduates in a special mailer last month, and we couldn’t be more proud to share her story!

Our alumni are a beautiful reminder that the impact of an OLL education reaches far beyond the years spent in our classrooms. The faith, friendships, confidence, and foundation they gain here continue to shape who they become.

We love celebrating where our graduates are today and the incredible things they are doing! Congratulations Kristin! We are SO PROUD OF YOU! 💙
