USD 346: JES Families,

I’m writing today with some unfortunate news regarding the upcoming PTO Dance scheduled for this Saturday. Due to unforeseen circumstances within the community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the dance.

We know how much our students and families were looking forward to this event, and we deeply regret any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our school and PTO.

We remain committed to providing meaningful and enjoyable events for our school community, and we look forward to future opportunities to come together and celebrate.

JES School Dance will be May 3rd if we can get enough volunteer’s that will help decorate and get it ready for our families. These events take a ton of time and it is very hard with just a couple people that work full time jobs. Please comment below if you will be able to help. Then we will get a geoup chat going to get this taken care of. I need only serious people!!!! Next year will be my last year for doing PTO so it would be great to have some new faces to take over.

🍲 REMINDER 🍲

Tomorrow (Tues 10/15) is the day that all soups and donations will need to be brought to the elementary school. Anytime during the day is fine. Please give to the secretaries at the front desk. Thank you all again!

⚠️ATTN⚠️ Please comment below what soups and/or sides & toppings that you will be donating to Parent/Teacher Conference night on 10/15. We are asking for a variety of soups! 🍲

💡 Suggestions for soups: Taco soup, chilli, potato soup, broccoli cheddar soup, vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, etc.

💡Suggestions for toppings: Shredded cheese, crackers, fritos, cornbread, onion, jalepeno, sour cream and bread.

All is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!! ♥️ 💛

Good Morning PTO will be doing dinner for the teachers on Tuesday October 15th for Parent Teacher Conference. We will be needing help to make this happen. We will be having a soup bar!! List of things we will need will be added. TIA for all the help

Not sure where the summer has went but it’s that time of year again!!!!!
JES Volleyball 3rd-6th will be having signups. We would love it if we could get some other schools to participate…

Thank you to all the parents and teachers that provided snacks and assisted with clean up! Tonight’s dance was a huge success!

REMINDER: As the JES dance fast approaches ALL students must be accompanied by an adult. Students can not be dropped off and attend the dance alone. This is to ensure everyone’s safety as we enjoy a fun evening dancing and making wonderful memories!

For Both Father/Daughter & Mother/Son
NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ALONE!!! A father can bring more than one daughter and a mother can bring more than one son as long as there is a parent in attendance. We are not responsible for children dropped off and they will not be allowed to stay alone.

Join us TONIGHT! We were able to get the keys to the 4-h Building. Tables will be set up for those bringing their “trunks”. Come out!
