🏐💙 WHAT A SEASON, LADY CAVALIERS! 💙🏐

We are so proud of our Lady Cavaliers for finishing their volleyball season strong! Our Middle School Blue Team brought home 1st place in their division, and our Varsity Lady Cavaliers ended their season with a victory!

Beyond the wins, we are thankful for the hard work, determination, teamwork, and growth these young ladies have shown throughout the season.

We also want to give a special congratulations to our senior, Rachel Edwards! 💙 Rachel, thank you for the dedication, leadership, and heart you've poured into our volleyball program. We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what God has in store for your future!

A heartfelt thank-you to our coaches, families, and supporters for cheering on our girls every step of the way!

Way to finish strong, Lady Cavaliers! 💙🤍

At CCA, we don’t begin our day with academics. We begin with prayer. 💙

Each morning, our students and teachers gather to turn our hearts and minds toward the Lord before the work of the day begins. This prayer of St. Thomas Aquinas is one of the prayers we pray together—asking God for wisdom, understanding, clarity, and His direction in all that we do.

What a beautiful reminder for our students: we were never meant to rely on our own understanding alone. Whether we are learning something new, facing something difficult, or simply beginning another ordinary day, we can look to the Lord as the true Source of light and wisdom.

“Point out the beginning, direct the progress, and help in completion; through Christ our Lord. Amen.”

This is part of the rhythm of life at CCA—beginning our days together, in prayer, with our eyes fixed on Christ.🤍

May all of you reading this post be encouraged to begin your day the same way—seeking the Lord first and trusting Him to guide you in whatever lies ahead!

For our CCA parents who missed Chapel this morning, we wanted to share a little of what we talked about. ❤️

Our message centered around *destination and formation*—where we are going, but also who God is forming us to be along the way.

One example was a journey with two groups traveling toward the same destination. One group commits to walking *20 miles every day*. Rain or shine. Good day or bad day. No matter what the journey brings, they walk their 20 miles.

Not only do they reach their destination, but when they arrive, they’re more prepared because of everything they experienced along the way.

That’s such an important reminder for all of us as we raise, teach, and love our students.

We naturally want to make the road easier for them. But an easy road isn’t always what prepares them best. There will be hard classes, disappointments, consequences, difficult relationships, and days when they simply don’t feel like doing what needs to be done.

And sometimes, those are the days that form them the most.

At CCA, our hope isn’t simply to help our students reach the next destination. We want to walk alongside our families as they grow into young men and women who know Christ, trust Him, work hard, persevere, and are prepared for whatever He calls them to next.

*We don’t want to remove every hard mile. We want to teach them how to walk it faithfully.*

📖 Deuteronomy 8:2–3

*Formed in Christ. Trained in Wisdom. Shaped in Virtue.*
