Carol Hartley, Freida McGee, Pamela Gay and Amanda Beaty have worked together for several years at the Georgia Department of Education in Reading First. We share a common philosophy about literacy and have benefited from consistent, in-depth professional learning opportunities through our time with Reading First. Even so, we each bring different backgrounds, talents and specialties to the mix. We wanted to continue to provide research-based professional learning to schools and are able to do that through Dogwood Consulting, Inc.
You may call any one of us and we will refer you to the person who is best suited to the needs of your school or system. We can work together on a project or individually depending on your needs and our availability, location and expertise. We frequently collaborate, so that you can draw on the collective knowledge of all four when you talk to any one of us.
