GEAR is proud to celebrate the power of ONE!
The ONE Medal is more than an award, it’s a tradition of recognition. Each month, the honoree will pass it along to someone they believe truly embodies the spirit of ONE: Capture, Inspire, Teach, and Serve. This creates a powerful chain of appreciation that highlights those who uplift, motivate, and make a difference for students and colleagues alike.

Join us in congratulating Mrs. Mathis and thanking her for her dedication, heart, and commitment to making GEAR stronger as ONE!
