Live a Legacy, our passion and purpose was born out of pain. A overwhelming desire to make every day count and to encourage others to do the same. There is no promise of a tomorrow. We want to live challenged to make the most of the time given in this moment. We have adopted the saying, "Don't Let Your Day Slip Past Your Promptings...It Matters" That thought is grounded in Scripture, in James 4:1
4 we are reminded our life is like a vapor, it appears but for a little while and then it is gone. Life circumstances have brought that truth home to us in the last year and a half. Our life verse is Psalm 90:16, 17
"Let the work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children. And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: And establish thou the work of our hands upon us; Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it." Our purpose in establishing business with the name "Live a Legacy" is to first impact our life as a reminder that living a life of purpose with passion is a worthy calling. Living a legacy for our family, the generation that is now, the one coming up, and ultimately the generations to come. As Grandparents, we are building a legacy for our children and our children's children according to Proverbs 13:22 "a good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the sinner's wealth is laid up for the righteous."
