🎓💙 We are celebrating a BIG win for Moss Point School District! 💙🎓

According to the Mississippi Department of Education’s 2026 Graduation and Dropout Rates Report, Moss Point Separate School District posted a 96.2% four year graduation rate with a 3.0% dropout rate.

That means we are:
✅ Above the state graduation rate of 90.8%
✅ Well below the state dropout rate of 7.0%

How we rank on the Coast (graduation rate):
1. Moss Point 96.2%
2. Long Beach 96.1%
3. Ocean Springs 95.3%
4. Pass Christian 94.7%
5. Bay St. Louis Waveland 94.0%
6. Harrison County 90.6%
7. Hancock County 90.3%
8. Gulfport 90.2%
9. Biloxi 88.0%
10. Pascagoula Gautier 85.8%

🏆 State ranking: Moss Point’s 96.2% graduation rate places us 15th in Mississippi

❤️ And one more point of pride: our Students with Disabilities graduation rate is 100%, which is recognized among the top districts in the state.

This success belongs to our students! Their hard work, resilience, and determination are raising the bar for what it means to be a Tiger. - MPHS graduating rate is in the top 10 highest rates on the Coast.
- MPHS earned the title of #1 in the state for Math Growth, including growth among students in the bottom 25%.

A Fraction Above Consulting adores the teachers, they are the real world changers! We love to surprise our heroes with tiny thank you gifts. This week, we surprised teachers at Magnolia Jr. High School and Moss Point High School with gourmet popcorn from a local vendor, they went crunch crazy.
