When life feels overwhelming, many of us instinctively reach for our phones. We scroll, hoping to feel distracted, comforted, or just a little less alone.

But what if, every once in a while, you reached for nature instead?

Our nervous systems evolved alongside the natural world. You don't need a mountain or a forest to experience the benefits of nature therapy. It could be sitting beneath a tree, noticing the clouds, listening to the rain, or taking a mindful walk through your neighborhood park. Sometimes, the smallest moments of connection with nature become the biggest moments of healing.

🌿 If you're feeling weighed down, I hope you remember that nature is always there—patiently waiting to welcome you back.

💛 If you'd like to experience the healing power of nature more deeply, join me for a guided forest bathing experience linked above

Life is too hard to carry everything on your own.

Support doesn't take away your struggles, but it can remind you that you don't have to face them alone.

Asking for support isn't a sign of weakness, but a sign that you're honoring your well-being. We were never meant to navigate every challenge in isolation.

If you're looking for a safe, compassionate space to explore your healing and personal growth, I'd be honored to support you. Feel free to book a discovery call through the link in my bio, and let's see how I can support you: https://calendly.com/inconnectionwithnature/45-minute

We don’t typically think, I need to beat myself up more. Yet that is often how we treat ourselves when we don’t show up in the way we would most prefer. There is another option.

The eyebrow point point is closely connected to identifying the root of emotional stress, like specific thoughts, worries, or triggers that are keeping your mind active. Tapping here can help reduce the intensity of those thoughts, making it easier to shift from overthinking into a more grounded and regulated state.

Think of it as the point where you begin to name and meet what’s coming up, creating the awareness needed for real emotional release and lasting calm.

In this post, I’m breaking down:
✨ Where it is located
✨ What it helps with
✨ Why it’s a key part of the tapping sequence

If you’d like support getting started with EFT tapping, feel free to send me a DM 💬

Have you ever noticed that your emotions don’t just stay in your mind. They also show up in your body too? 🌿

This guide on where emotions are tied in your body helps you understand how different feelings can manifest physically. Becoming aware of these sensations is a powerful first step in emotional healing and self-regulation.

In life coaching and practices like EFT tapping, we don’t just focus on thoughts, we pay attention to what your body feels. This awareness helps you process feelings more effectively, release built-up tension, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

I know you know that your emotions don't disappear just because you ignore them? It just changes where and how they show up.

Every emotion deserves to be heard, not hidden.

Unprocessed emotions can quietly influence the way you respond to stress, your relationships, your self-talk, and even how safe your nervous system feels. You may find yourself becoming easily overwhelmed, emotionally numb, constantly irritable, or stuck in patterns you can't quite explain.

When we make space to acknowledge our feelings instead of pushing them away, we give ourselves the opportunity to understand what we truly need.

If this resonates with you and you'd like support in navigating your emotions, my DMs are open for you. I'd be happy to chat and explore how trauma-informed coaching and EFT tapping may support your healing journey.

Outgrowing what once felt okay is part of growth, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.

As you evolve, your needs, standards, and boundaries begin to change. What you once tolerated may no longer align with who you’re becoming and that doesn’t make you difficult. It makes you self-aware.

Setting boundaries and choosing differently is a powerful form of self-respect. It means you’re no longer settling for what drains you and are instead creating space for what truly supports your well-being.

Save this as a reminder that it’s okay to change, and follow for more support on boundaries, healing, and self-growth. ✨

Feeling like you’re not good enough or questioning your abilities?

This short EFT tapping script for imposter feelings is designed to help you calm your nervous system, release self-doubt, and gently reconnect with your sense of worth and capability. Use it in moments when you’re second-guessing yourself or struggling to trust your own achievements.

You don’t have to follow the script perfectly. This is a guide for you to create your own script that feels right for you. Feel free to adjust the words so they reflect what you’re truly experiencing. The more honest and specific you are, the more supported your mind and body will feel in letting go of those limiting beliefs.

Even a few minutes of tapping can help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with your own truth. 💛
