Happy Homecoming Week! We tried our hand at doing the parade (lots of fun, but next year we will be better prepared with tons more candy 😆) and we finished our 2nd grade program with Weston, Rothschild and Riverside! Enjoy your 3 day weekend!

We are hiring two evening/overnight naturalists who will lead one 5th grade class each evening through their nature-based activities, indoor fireplace/campfire skit night, student journaling, nature sketching, outdoor owl calling, etc. Activities and lessons are provided. Boston School Forest is known for fun and educational field trips! Last week, we took a field trip of our own and visited Twin Oaks Environmental Center (D.C. Everest School District's school forest). It was great to tour the forest with environmental educator Melissa and hear about their great programs.
