**Important Updates**
1. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday August 25th, students are no longer allowed to wear pajama pants to school. We have allowed this the past couple years as long as they met certain criteria. However, we can no longer permit students wearing pajama pants. This is a violation of Greene County Dress Code Policy, and moving forward students will be dress coded for wearing pajama pants.
2. Due to student and transportation safety concerns, we will be shutting the back gates each morning after buses go through. We will open the gates each afternoon around 2:20. We cannot have people lined up and sitting on school property in the afternoons before 2:20.

Tomorrow is Picture Day
Senior Retakes
-Seniors will have a $35 sitting fee. If they only want them for the yearbook there is not sitting fee.
-Underclass (9-11 grade) students will get a QR code to order their photos from.
-Faculty & Staff that haven’t already will need to get picture taken.
We will begin at 8:15 Thursday morning.

WGHS Girls basketball team is selling Dr.Enufs!! A case includes 24 drinks. Orders can be placed now through August 26th! Drinks will be in September 1st at WGHS!

***Reminder***
Open House at WGHS will be tomorrow from 4pm-6pm. There will be a meeting for Senior parents at 5pm in the cafeteria.

Tomorrow is the first full day of school for all Greene County students. WGHS is excited to see and welcome our students here on The Range tomorrow! Just a few announcements and reminders for everyone:
- Our doors open at 7:15 am.
- Our traffic flow is a one-way traffic pattern. Use the main entrance near the intersection of Midway Rd and West Greene Dr. This is the long driveway (that used to be gravel).
- For morning drop offs, follow the arrows and signage for "Office" to drop students off at the front porch. Then use the exit straight ahead.
- Parents, afternoon pickups take place behind the school. Use the Ag Entrance off Midway Rd to drive around back. Please don't arrive before 2:20. We will send car riders out the exit under the awning after dismissal at 2:40 Mon-Thur and 2:30 on Fridays.
- Student drivers, find a good open parking spot that's easy to pull into tomorrow morning. We will meet with you and assign you a spot tomorrow.

We will have teachers out front helping direct traffic tomorrow morning!

- All students need to follow the GCS Dress Code Policy. It is the responsibility of parents and students to know and follow this policy. Please review it tonight and make sure all students dress accordingly.

Seniors coming for pictures tomorrow, and faculty/staff working… enter and park in the AG Parking lot tomorrow. The lower doors coming into the school from AG will be unlocked. Pictures will be in the gym.
