🎉 WHAT. A. YEAR. 🎉

Falcons, we did IT! 🦅🩵🖤

From August all the way through May, our inaugural year was packed with school spirit, unforgettable memories, and incredible community support. Together, we turned ideas into reality and made DCMS history!

This year we:
✨ Opened the Falcon Snack Shack
🎭 Supported our drama department
🏈 Cheered on and supported our athletic programs
⛳ Hosted our inaugural Golf Challenge with 72 teams and amazing sponsors
👕 Brought Falcon spirit wear to life
🎁 Held the Falcon Holiday Market so students could shop for gifts and school spirit
🌟 Hosted THREE amazing student events
🍎 Celebrated and supported our incredible teachers and staff all year long

…and this is just a FEW of the amazing things we’ve accomplished together this year! 💫

From late nights and early mornings to events, programs, volunteers, and laughter — this community showed up every single time.

Year one was bigger, better, and more successful than we could’ve imagined… and we’re just getting started.

Looking ahead to another amazing year! 🩵🦅

Please help us welcome our new DCMS PTSA Executive Board members — James Hock as President and Mike Kelley as Treasurer!

We are also excited to welcome back Vernice Freeman as Secretary. ✨

This incredible team will officially take office on July 1, and we are grateful for their leadership, dedication, and commitment to supporting our Falcon community!

This month has flown by and we are excited to celebrate all that we’ve accomplished. 🩵💛

🎭 Our AV Committee worked tirelessly behind the scenes running lights, sound, and filming for the Spring Musical, Orchestra, Choral, and Band performances.

🌟 We celebrated our amazing 8th graders with our final event of the year — Midnight Under the Stars. A night full of memories, laughter, and magic! Huge thank you to our 8th Grade Dance Subcommittee and Events Committee for making it unforgettable.

🎉 We wrapped up our final PTSA meeting by honoring our incredible committees, teachers, administrators, staff, and supporters. Because of YOU, our inaugural year has been a huge success.

🍎 Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week was one for the books! From stocked workrooms and taco bars to breakfast spreads, potato & salad bars, and gift bags — we loved celebrating the people who pour so much into our students every single day.

🍿 Snack Shack made its final appearances of the year, serving up popcorn and treats for our awesome 7th graders.

🦅 And finally… to our entire Falcon community: THANK YOU. Thank you for welcoming us, supporting us, volunteering, cheering us on, and helping make this first year truly unforgettable.
