Psychology juniors and seniors: WSU is hosting an event next Wednesday, Oct. 26 for those interested in their Educational Psychology graduate program.
This event will provide information about the application and admission process, financial aid, scholarships; give those attending a chance to meet with the faculty coordinator of each program; and then have a luncheon with a few of the current students.
Our Educational Psychology program provides a concentration in evaluation, psychometrics, and cognition. We train students to have strong methodological skills, a clear understanding of researchable topics, the ability to develop a research program, the ability to communicate and work with a wide variety of professionals, and be productive scholars. Graduates pursue careers in industry, state agencies, laboratories, school districts, and universities as program evaluators, student assessment coordinators, research technicians, data analysts, or professors.
