Tonight, Scranton High is Swimming Abington Heights there will be no practice for group 1
Group 2 will have practice after the pool is cleared
approximately 6:45pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday normal practice times.

Friday 10& under will have practice 5:45-6:30pm 14& under will have practice 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday is our makeup meet against Danville more details will be coming soon.

Due to the weather the Scranton School District has closed there will be no practice tonight.
Practice will resume tomorrow at the normal times.

The practice schedule for today group 1 NO Practice due to Varsity swim meet
Group 2 will start after the pool is clear of all high school swimmers approximately 6:45pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday normal practice times.
Friday 10& under 5:45pm-6:30pm 14& under 6:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday, we will swim Central Columbia girls on the pool deck at noon, Boys on the pool deck 2:45pm

Sea Knights Practice for Wednesday, January 25th
Groups 1&2 will have practice after the Varsity swim meet approximately 6:45pm
Group1 will be in the water for 30 minutes
Group 2 will finish at 8pm
