Due to an unexpected failure in the third-party software that processes online parking permit purchases, Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) has temporarily paused all permit sales. This will ensure permits remain available to both online and in-office purchasers when sales resume. PTS staff will respond to phone and email inquiries as quickly as possible.

Permit sales will reopen once the issue is resolved and testing confirms it will not recur. The date and time permit sales resume will be announced as soon as those details are available.
