Admission to Tommy Orange's talk is free, but a ticket is needed for priority seating. ISEM 101 students will receive tickets from their instructors. Community members can pick up a free ticket at BookPeople in downtown Moscow.

ISEM 101 instructors at the University of Idaho are eager to introduce "Educated" to their students. They participated in a lively Q&A with author Tara Westover this week via Skype.

Mistakes Were Made (But Not By Me) Selected as University of Idaho’s Common Read In her presentation on Oct. 23, 2017, author Carol Tavris will describe the cognitive biases that lead most people to justify beliefs that are outdated, decisions that have proved to be misguided and the harms we inflict on others.
