Grad school nuggets: Top six (6) tips for surviving in grad school:

1. Develop a routine and stick to it. This can help you stay organized and on top of your work.

2. Build a support network. Graduate school can be challenging, so it's important to have people you can turn to for support and advice. This could include friends, classmates, professors, and mentors.

3. Take care of yourself. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise regularly. These things can help you stay healthy and focused.

4. Don't be afraid to ask for help. If you're struggling with a course or research work, don't hesitate to ask for help from your professors, classmates, or Lab members.

5. Stay organized. Use a planner or calendar to keep track of assignments, deadlines, and meetings. This can help you stay on top of your work and avoid missing important deadlines.

6. Prioritize your work. It can be tempting to try to do everything at once, but this can be overwhelming and lead to burnout. Instead, focus on one task at a time and prioritize the most important tasks first.
I hope these tips will help you survive and thrive in graduate school. Good luck and have a wonderful holiday ahead.
