Getting yourself tested is just as important as getting a checkup with your health care provider. Getting tested is one way to maintain your physical health. If you’re scared to get tested it is always important to remember that some STI’s are curable and most are treatable. Did you know that people aged 13 to 64 should get tested for HIV at least once, and the CDC recommends that all people get tested at least once a year. Visit the link in our bio to see the full testing recommendations from the CDC and chat with a trusted provider if you are unsure how often you should be tested.
