Project Architect:
Three to Ten years of experience, architect (licensed or unlicensed) with diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices, uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.
Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in broad array of assignments and related fields. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Responsibilities will include:
• Using Revit software with our office standards. A certain amount of knowledge about ArchiCAD will be acquired to support past clients.
• Producing design and documents on multiple projects at various stages of completion, from Programming and Preliminary Design through Construction Administration.
• Interacting with outside consultants to coordinate their work with ours.
• Working in a team with other employees of KEACH.
• Presenting and/or discussing project requirements with clients at various stages of a project.
• Assisting with marketing efforts of KEACH.
