Congratulations on an extraordinary milestone—30 years of serving children, families, and your community through Sunny Bunny Home Day Care!

Over the years, I had the privilege of being your licensing representative. I visited many home day cares throughout my career, and I can honestly say you were among the very best.

Your dedication to children was evident in everything you did. You didn’t just provide child care—you created a place where children were loved, encouraged, challenged, and inspired to learn. You gave them so much more than their ABCs. You introduced them to music, dance, culture, language, good manners, and the joy of discovering the world around them. You nurtured curious minds while helping children develop confidence, kindness, and respect.

You also built strong partnerships with parents, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support. Your impact reached far beyond the walls of your home—it strengthened families and enriched the entire community. You exemplified what home day care can be at its very best.

The lives you have touched over the past three decades cannot be measured. Thousands of memories, countless lessons, and generations of children have been blessed because of your love, grace, patience, and commitment.

Thank you for setting such an extraordinary example. Congratulations on 30 remarkable years. Your legacy will live on in every child, every family, and every life you have helped shape.

Talk about a full-circle moment. 💕

Thirty years ago, when I opened my home daycare, little Summer was part of my very first group of children. On my very last day before officially retiring and closing Sunny Bunny Home Day Care, I had the incredible honor and privilege of attending her wedding.

From watching her grow from a tiny little girl into the beautiful woman she is today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Being a small part of so many children’s lives has truly been one of the greatest blessings of my journey.

Congratulations, Summer Brunson and Adam Motzel! Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness, and beautiful memories together. ❤️

What a perfect way to close this wonderful 30-year chapter and celebrate the beginning of a beautiful new one.

After 30 incredible years, yesterday I closed the doors of Sunny Bunny Home Daycare for the very last time as I officially begin my retirement!

What started as a small dream became a second home filled with laughter, learning, hugs, and countless precious memories. I have had the honor of teaching so many wonderful children and watching them learn, grow, and blossom into amazing little people. Seeing their excitement as they discovered something new and reached each milestone has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every family who trusted me with your children and to every child who walked through my doors and left little footprints on my heart. You have made these 30 years more meaningful than I could have ever imagined.

A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to my husband, Arkadiy. Thank you for putting up with all of this for the past 30 years—the endless weekly grocery shopping, the toys taking over our home, the countless house repairs, and for always being the behind-the-scenes support that helped Sunny Bunny run so smoothly. This journey would not have been possible without your love, patience, and support.

Although Sunny Bunny Home Daycare is closing, the relationships and memories we’ve created will remain with me forever. As your children continue to grow and reach new milestones, I would love to continue hearing your updates, seeing your pictures, and welcoming visits. It would bring me so much joy to watch the little ones I’ve cared for continue their journey through life.

As I close this beautiful chapter, I look forward to opening a new one and can’t wait to see what is in store for this next phase of my life. And first on the retirement to-do list? A long-awaited kitchen remodel and update! 🤣🏡

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love for the past 30 years. Sunny Bunny Home Daycare may be closing its doors, but the love, memories, and friendships will stay with me forever. ❤️🐰

This week, our preschoolers have been learning all about Father’s Day and the special people who love and care for them. ❤️

The children enjoyed talking about their daddies and grandpas, sharing what makes them special, and creating heartfelt gifts just for them. We had so much fun putting our love into every project and can’t wait for these treasures to be opened!

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads and grandpas who make a difference every day. 💙

Little hands, big smiles, and lots of sprinkles! Today our preschool chefs had so much fun baking cupcakes and learning that cooking is a perfect recipe for creativity, teamwork, and delicious memories.
