On Wednesday, October 7th students from Morro Bay FFA competed in the SLO Section Opening and Closing Competitions. We had a great time! Congratulations to Addy Janovec for winning Outstanding President and Atticus Galloway for winning Outstanding Sentinel! The officer team placed 3rd overall.

Hi im Atticus your serving chapter Sentinel for the 2026-27 school year! This year im very excited to serve you all and help out as many people as possible and have a lot of fun. Some things I enjoy doing outside of FFA are mainly fishing and hanging out with my family but you can also find me traveling any chance I get! Im so excited for the year to come and cant wait to get to meet you all and have a great year.

Hi, my name is Jackson Salgado, I’m currently serving as a 2026 2027 Morro Bay FFA Treasurer. Some of the hobbies I do outside of school include hanging out in nature, showing animals, playing tennis and spending time with family. I can’t wait to spend time with my fellow officers and FFA members this year.

What is up Morro Bay FFA! My name is Peyton Wiebe, and I am so excited to be serving as your 2026–2027 Chapter Secretary! Through FFA, I’ve competed on our Vet Science and Parliamentary Procedure teams and have enjoyed showing pigs and goats through 4-H and FFA. FFA has given me so many opportunities to learn, grow, and step outside of my comfort zone, and I’m excited to continue that this year. Outside of FFA, I’m a company dancer at Civic Ballet of SLO and absolutely love ballet. I’m looking forward to this year, getting to serve our chapter, and making some amazing memories with all of you!

What’s up Morro Bay FFA I’m Addyson Janovec your 2026-2027 Chapter President. I love all things FFA especially competing on the vet science competition team and also serving as the SLO SECTION Reporter.
