Thank you to George Mason University for hosting the Jack Tieder Willem Vis Pre-Moot! The team participated in its first pre-moot advancing to the semi-finals.

Giving new meaning to the term “binding arbitration”— Campbell’s Willem Vis team is enjoying time together working on the problem.

While we were disappointed to not make the elimination rounds, we enjoyed spend our last full day in Hong Kong exploring! Tomorrow, we will watch the finals, attend the gala where individual awards and writing awards will be announced, and then start the long journey home.

Closing out the general rounds with an all female panel and all female oralists! On to the assembly to find out which of the 149 universities make it to the Round of 32! 🤞

Last pleading in the general rounds tomorrow!

A very successful first round against Dalian Maritime University on behalf of Claimant with Philip and Tomas representing Campbell on behalf of Respondent. Now, time to switch gears for round #2 as Claimant tomorrow morning.

Nearly 9,000 miles and 26 hours later, we have arrived in Hong Kong! Exhausted, but ready to hit the ground running tomorrow with prep work and the opening ceremony.
