West High Spanish classes went Christmas caroling today to spread a little holiday cheer! They sang "Burrito Sabanero" and "Feliz Navidad" to around 7 different classes each during 1st, 2nd, and 3rd blocks. Here is a sample of the 3rd block classes practicing before they went!

West High Spanish celebrated "El cinco de mayo" (a couple of days early) with a lesson about the history and importance of the holiday, Mexican food (thanks to our friends at El Magüey restaurant!), and a traditional Mexican craft called "ojo de Dios" by the Huichol tribe. ¡Viva México!
