Sandra Academy of Salon Service is deeply saddened by the passing of Claiborne County Mayor Joe Brooks.

Mayor Joe Brooks was an exceptional leader, a dedicated public servant, and a true friend of Sandra Academy. From the very beginning, he believed in our mission and supported us every step of the way. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to the people of Claiborne County made a lasting impact on our school and our community.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives he touched during this difficult time.

Mayor Joe Brooks leaves behind a legacy of leadership, compassion, and service that will never be forgotten. We are truly grateful for his friendship, encouragement, and everything he did for our community.

Rest in peace, 🪽Mayor Joe Brooks. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come.

Honor Joe Brooks' Legacy

Joe Brooks, our Mayor and a cherished member of Claiborne County, passed away this weekend in a tragic accident. As he ran for reelection, we believe the best way to honor his memory and service is to see his campaign through to victory.
