We are hosting a dance for 8th graders on Friday 2nd June.
We are in need of parent volunteers to help on the day and evening. Please consider signing up, even if your child is not in 8th Grade. Tickets will go on sale the week of the dance, forms will be sent home later this week.

Teacher Appreciation week is May 8th – May 12th. We will be celebrating the FMS Staff with snacks and goodies each day of the week, ending the week on Friday, May 12th with a luncheon for the staff! The FMS Home and School Association is looking for families to donate refreshments to make this week long event a success! Any donation is welcome and appreciated!

FMS Senior Signs

Register Today – Morris Educational Foundation to Gift "Senior Signs" to FMS Class of 2023

As the end of the school year approaches, the students of the class of 2023 deserve recognition for their accomplishments. To celebrate students' achievements, the Morris Educational Foundation is proud to continue the tradition of “Senior Signs” for graduating 8th graders and will gift all graduates with a sign at no cost to families.

Thanks to the generosity of donor support, the Morris Educational Foundation is waiving the fee once again for this special tradition and will gift all graduates with a sign.

Honor your graduate with a lawn sign that celebrates this hard-earned and important milestone! Participating families must register to receive a sign. Register now through Friday, May 5 for your graduate’s Senior Sign. Click here to honor your graduate!

The signs will be available for pickup at the Morristown High School back circle for drive-through distribution from 10am-2pm on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21.

Sadly, another FMS family has suffered loss from a fire at their residence this past week. This family has lost everything. We are having a collection to provide them with gift cards that they can use to replace their clothes, in particular. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Gift cards would be great, for any amount, to Walmart or Amazon. Please send to the office to Christina Roman.
If easier please Venmo the HSA at -Walker-5 (stating FMS family) and gift cards will be purchased.

We are grateful that some of you have donated before. Please do not feel obliged to do so again.

Donations Needed for Families in Need - Drop off date Monday March 27, 2023

Sadly, two FMS families suffered losses from a fire at their temporary residencies this past week. The families lost essentials such as clothing, toiletries and groceries. We are having a collection for both families to provide them with gift cards that they can use to replace their lost items. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
Gift cards would be great, for any amount, to ShopRite, Walmart or Amazon.
