Fantastic class last night on the mats! 🥋🔥

Everyone put in great work focusing on the Kimura. Here is what we covered:

Kids Classes:
Beginners: Kimura from half guard.
Advanced: Kimura from side control.

Adult Classes (Beginner & Advanced):
Reviewed our Kimura material from previous weeks to keep it sharp!

Drilled a slick Kimura roll from top side control straight into a back take. 🌪️

Worked on 3 finishes from the back: Single arm RNC, standard RNC, and the chicken wing. 🍗💪

We wrapped things up by breaking down a sneaky Kimura counter—using our own Kimura while passing the guard!

So proud of the effort and focus from everyone. See you at the next one! 👊💥

🔥 Last night was INTENSE!

Both the kids and adult classes absolutely brought their A-game and put in the hard work.

Huge shoutout to James—he is doing an amazing job leading both of these classes! 🙌 If you aren't hitting the mats with us on Wednesday nights, you are seriously missing out.

But don’t worry, we are back at it again tonight! Get ready... Kimuras for everyone!!!! 🥋💪

🔥 What a great night on the mats! 🔥

We had an incredible training session across all of our classes tonight, focusing on some high-level techniques and transitions.

Here is a breakdown of what everyone crushed:

👶 Kids Beginner: Focused on hitting that clean armbar off of the pendulum sweep!

🏆 Kids Advanced: Took it a step further—working the pendulum sweep to armbar, managing the opponent's stack, hooking the far side leg, and spinning underneath for the finish!

💪 Adult Beginner: Dived into that exact same pendulum sweep to armbar sequence.

🥋 Adult Advanced: Explored the spider guard! We broke down transition to one side, control points, and opening up dangerous entries into K-guard, Omoplatas, and triangles.

I absolutely love seeing the progress everyone is making. The dedication is paying off, so keep up the amazing work! 📈👊

It’s Monday, which means it’s time to earn those raffle points! This week, we are focusing on 3 fundamental movements!

Every Monday, we will announce a "Technique of the Week" challenge. Film your child completing the drill or teaching the move at home, post it, and tag our page!

Thursday classes are in the books! 🪵✨

Tonight, both our beginner and advanced classes dove deep into guard passing and Kimuras.

With the adults, we focused on breaking the grips with two specific Kimura variations, breaking down the exact cues for when to launch the attack. We wrapped up by transitioning from a top half guard Kimura into a smooth roll-out finish. 🥋🌪️

We will be building on these exact movements all month long. Everyone moved well tonight—amazing energy and great teamwork on the mats! 👊🔥

Tonight officially kicked off our Wednesday Kids Class! 🔥
Such an awesome night on the mats. Both the kids and adults absolutely crushed their training and put in the work.
