Congratulations to the 33rd graduating class of Walters State's Paramedic Program!

In just a few weeks, these graduates will be answering calls on some of the hardest days in people's lives – bringing skill, compassion, and calm when it matters most.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Taylor Talley found his next mission at Walters State.

The recent graduate earned his associate degree in physics — a journey that actually began years earlier when he attended Kids College as a middle school student.

Now a magna cm laude graduate, Taylor plans to continue his education at the University of Tennessee and pursue a career in higher education or research.
