Un día muy importante para nuestros estudiantes, que han conseguido, gracias a su esfuerzo y perseverancia, su cinturón negro junior de 1.º y 2.º grado.

On Tuesday night the Juniors and Adults tested. Everyone did an amazing job and they all truly earned their belts. We were joined for the evening by an old friend who grew up in MTKD’s dojang. Once you’re a part of our family, you’re family forever! Mr James and Miss Sara recreated a photo taken of them from 10 years ago. (I included the original). Many things have changed in their lives since the first photo, but their friendship has stayed the same.

If you missed last night’s black belt test you missed an amazing 90 minutes of martial arts mastery! Our 4 young students were promoted to 3rd and 4th Dans after a lifetime of devotion and hard work. Congratulations to everyone! We’re so proud of you all.
