What brings you joy?

For me, joy comes from small moments where I connect with nature or a passion of mine. It could be as simple as watching my favourite mystery show on TV, or going outside and sitting in nature for a while. Seeing the different seasons of the year at Loanaka Park is a real treat.

What brings you joy? How can you take the time today to connect with that side of you? Let me know in the comments below.

Are you struggling at work? Not feeling recognized or valued? Feeling frustrated? Perhaps I can help.
Many years ago I struggled knowing what it was that I wanted. It was only after changing my career and forging a path for myself in an area I am passionate about that everything in my life began to fit into place.

If you are feeling like the above then reach out and let's discuss how together we can make 2019 a great year for you and work!

This time of year can be crazy and overwhelming!

This is your reminder to stop. Put down whatever you are doing. Go make a hot drink. Sit down. Be present. Listen to your heartbeat. Connect to the moment. ❤️

It can seem that everywhere you go 'finding your purpose' is the hot topic of the day! So often we can start the process of looking for our purpose as if it is something outside of ourselves.
Purpose is not that. Instead, it is the way you can be each and every moment of each and every day that brings the most of your potential into the world. It is your truth.

Let me know your thoughts on this topic. Do you feel you have found your purpose? Are you struggling to understand what it even means to do so? I'd love to hear your thoughts and connect with you 😊
