On Saturday, September 24, 2022, the Noblesville Millers Boys Basketball program will be hosting a golf outing at Fox Prairie Golf Course in Noblesville. We have three goals for this outing: 1. Raise money for the Noblesville Boys Basketball program 2. Provide our community sponsors with an advertising opportunity 3. Bring Miller fans and alumni together in a fun environment To make this golf outing a success, I am asking for your financial support in providing a Win-Win situation for your business as well as the Noblesville Millers Boys Basketball program. On behalf of the Noblesville Boys Basketball Program, thank you to so many for making the
annual NHS boys basketball golf outing a great event. The donations of food, money,
sponsorships, and time made this event a great success.
The NHS basketball golf outing was held on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Fox Prairie in
Noblesville and had over 40 golfers. To me, this was amazing support for our program, and we
hope to build upon this for next year.
The monies raised from this year’s golf outing will be used to fund the 2021-2022 basketball
program
with team apparel, practice gear, equipment, and team dinners.
Once again, thank you for all your support over these past several seasons, it’s truly remarkable the
following and support that Noblesville Millers Basketball program receives. We hope to see the
Noblesville Faithful in the winter to cheer the Millers on to victory.

Our interactive training camp is designed to prepare our 2nd/3rd-6th grade kids for our MBA tryouts. These sessions will be a combination of skill development, game scenarios, and competitive games. Sessions will be led by MBA Director Coach Foster, Varsity Head Coach Scott McClelland, and our varsity staff and players.

WHEN & WHERE:
August 18th Wednesday 7:00pm-8:30pm @ Noblesville West Middle School
August 24th Tuesday 7:00pm-8:30pm @ Noblesville High School
August 25th Wednesday 7:00pm-8:30pm @ Noblesville West Middle School

This is for 3rd-6th grade teams but 2nd graders are more than welcome to attend and try out for our 3rd grade team.
If you haven't already paid please bring payment with you to check-in.
Please make sure your kid has their own water bottle.
They can also bring their own basketball with them but make sure they have a bag for the ball.

Parents are not to attend our Training Camps. (If you have any concerns with this, please let me know.)

Registration for tryouts will be Friday and I will send out an email with details to the season on Friday.

I have received a lot of questions and requests. I will get to those this week. So please do not think I'm ignoring you. Also, please feel free to always reach out to me through text or phone call.

Thank you for your support

There are no words that can express the appreciation I have for the Morristown community. This is a community of great people and families, many of which will be lifelong friends to my family. The loyalty and support that you have given to the boys basketball program and the coaching staff makes my transition very hard. The culture of hard work, sacrifice, teamwork and winning took many years to build and resulted in some of the most memorable moments of my life and in the lives of the players that had the chance to experience it. It was always my intention to be a part of the community, to be supportive of other coaches and be a mentor to the students and the athletes at Morristown. I can tell you that I have received as much in return from the community as I have given, and I cannot thank you enough for letting me be a part of your lives for 13 years. It has been an honor and privilege to represent Morristown and I will be forever grateful!

Dear Morristown Community and Loyal Jacket Backers,

The Morristown boys’ basketball program will be coordinating two events this summer, the annual boys’ basketball camp and the Morristown boys’ basketball golf outing.

On June 7th-10th, 2021, the basketball program will host a basketball camp at Morristown Junior-Senior High School for boys entering Kindergarten through 6th grades. This camp will allow community participants to become involved in the Morristown basketball program and to learn more about the game of basketball. During the week-long camp, we will teach fundamentals of the game and provide the boys with an opportunity to practice what they learn at camp each day. Camp time for boys K-2nd grade has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. and 3rd -6th grade 10:30-12:00. The cost is $25.00.

The annual Morristown boys’ basketball golf outing will be held at Hawks Tail, formerly Greenfield Country Club, on June 11th, 2021. The purpose of the golf outing is to raise money for our program and to create more awareness and support of the program. It is also a great opportunity for participants to play golf and to spend a day on the course with friends and family.

I believe that a good basketball program cannot survive without the backing of businesses in the community. We would appreciate your financial support for this year’s two events. This year you have several options for sponsoring the events. First, you may donate $100 as a hole sponsor at the golf outing. Second, you may donate $100 in return for having your business name printed on the back of this year’s basketball camp T-shirt. Third, for a $175 donation, you may choose both of the above options. Of course, donations of any amount will be gratefully accepted.

If you are interested in supporting this year’s boys’ basketball camp or golf outing, please send your donations to Morristown High School varsity boys’ basketball coach Scott McClelland at the address listed below. Please send donations by June 4th, 2021.
