A group of our 8th graders have been working hard over the last month to spread awareness about budget cuts that put the full functionality of NJ School of Conservation at risk. On our Social Studies trip to the NJ State House, the students shared their concerns with Assemblywoman Sweeney who generously offered to meet with them at Unity. We are grateful to the Assemblywoman for her time and interest in conservation and are endlessly proud of our students who are using their voices to inspire real change!! Marisa Sweeney
