Northeast spring snow squalls, a beautiful display of winter departing but can become a dangerous challenge for an unprepared VFR pilot. As wx turns warmer and better VFR conditions develop, emphasis on enroute wx is a must as transitional wx is the least predictable and stable. Fly Safe.

We are very sad to see this behavior to continue in our industry. Between the airlines and the giant manufactures, our industry will remain a broken model for years to come if the government continues to succumb to their lobbying.

The General Aviation Joint Steering Committee (GAJSC) identifies electronic engine control (EEC), which ranges from electronic ignition through full authority digital engine control (FADEC), as a safety enhancement to GA aircraft. These systems can decrease pilot workload and provide engine monitoring capability that can alert operators of certain mechanical problems. Download our fact sheet to learn more:
