October's fitness focus is accuracy, and it looks a little different depending on how tall the thrower is.
Our youngest movers start by guiding footballs into a chute, which is a big, close target where they can see exactly where the ball needs to go. As kids grow, the target gets smaller and moves farther away, so the challenge grows right along with them.
And the misses? They're part of the process. Every ball that bounces off the edge or lands a little wide gives your child's brain new information for the next try. That's how aim actually improves.
Want to see it at home? Set a laundry basket across the room and hand over a few rolled-up socks. Watch how they start adjusting on their own after a couple of wide shots!
