After an abundance of calls I just wanted to post a friendly reminder. We no longer process wild game of any kind. Hope everyone has a blessed day.

We would like to welcome Justin Manning (formally of Mannings custom meats) to Old school house custom meat cutting. We are looking forward to integrating him into the family.
We have made the decision to process beef only as of now so sorry to say we will not be processing wild game this year. Please feel free to call and schedule your beef for processing. We have a few dates left but most likely it will be June 2024.

Our office will be closed Friday the 23- Sunday the 25. We will accept deer Friday and Saturday. On Christmas we will be closed to spend time with our family. We hope everyone had a safe and blessed holiday.

We are needing some help getting in touch with a Matthew Prather. We processed his deer and have his cape ready for pick up.
