Throughout her time at SEU, Mary-Land played an instrumental role in helping to strengthen student support services and create opportunities for countless scholars to succeed. We're helping high school students jump-start their futures through our expanding Dual Enrollment and Pre-Collegiate programs. These opportunities allow motivated learners to earn college credits before graduation, gain valuable academic experience, and reduce the overall cost of earning a degree while still in high school.

Recently, our Physician Assistant students earned a remarkable Top 5 national finish at the 2026 American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) Challenge Bowl in New Orleans. Competing against 87 PA programs from across the country, our students advanced through one of the professionβs most prestigious academic competitions and secured fifth place in the nation. ππ¦

James Adams has officially been appointed Director of Athletics. Adams, who previously served as Interim Director of Athletics while also leading the menβs basketball program as Head Coach, will now guide the long-term strategic vision and administrative operations of the Universityβs 13-sport athletics department.
