Building strong readers starts with strong foundations 📚
In this lesson, we’re using word ladders to help strengthen phonics, spelling patterns, and blending skills. As students change one letter at a time and read each new word, they learn to see sound patterns, decode more confidently, and become stronger, more fluent readers.
These small steps make a big difference in helping early readers grow with confidence.

These week-long morning literacy workshops are designed for rising Kindergarten–2nd grade students who would benefit from strengthening foundational reading skills over the summer.
Using a structured, multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach, students build confidence in:

✔️ Writing skills
