💙💛🌽

We are so incredibly proud of our Immaculate Conception School community for coming together to create our beautiful float and represent ICS in the Grundy County Cornfest Parade today!

A lot of hours, hard work, planning, creativity and love go into making this tradition happen every year, but days like today remind us just how worth it it is. Seeing our students, families, teachers and school community together, proudly representing ICS as we made our way down Liberty Street, was truly something special.

A huge thank you to our teachers, principals, students, parents and Father Jason who marched with us today. ICS is such a special place, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out and showed their ICS pride! 💙💛

And an extra-special, heartfelt thank you to the Roger’s Family. Year after year, they generously open their space to us, let us use their equipment and resources, and lend their time and expertise to help bring our float to life. Their generosity and support make this tradition possible, and our float simply would not be what it is without them. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do for ICS. ❤️

Today was about so much more than a float. It was about community, tradition, school pride, and the love we share for ICS.

Thank you to Sarah Biros for the beautiful donated Mums!

Thank you to Heap's Giant Pumpkin Farm for the awesome assortment of donated pumpkins!

Let the Good Times GROW at Immaculate Conception School! 🌽💙💛

It’s parade day! Immaculate Conception School

Our beautiful float and trailer is parked at 1253 Liberty St. We are number 76.8. This is near the intersection of Liberty and High Street (by the hospital).

Please plan to meet at our location by 1:15 pm as we will proudly march in the Cornfest parade together! The parade starts at 1 PM, but since we’re number 76 we won’t start moving right away. See you soon!
