This week, some people moved the number again.
Another workout logged. Another streak extended. Another week where actions spoke louder than intentions.
But here’s what makes these numbers powerful: they can’t be bought, borrowed, or faked. Every single one had to be earned.
That streak is your receipt.
That completed workout total is your body of work.
It shows how many times you walked through the door when you could have stayed comfortable. How many times you chose the work without needing applause.
So take a look at your number.

Eastern Wyoming Sportsmanship Summit was an incredible event filled with amazing people, powerful conversations, and tremendous energy. We are honored to have had the opportunity to invest in the future of our communities and the young people who will lead them.
Sportsmanship is bigger than sports. It’s about character, leadership, respect, and understanding the power we have to impact the people around us.

An incredible night in the Sandbox!

Everyone showed up, worked hard, and put it all out there. A beautiful evening to come together, encourage one another, push our limits, and ATTACK HARD.

There is something powerful about being surrounded by people who are willing to challenge themselves while lifting up everyone around them.

Great energy. Great people. Great work.

One thing I love is when people bring their kids to their workouts. It’s an amazing opportunity to ingrain the standards of discipline, consistency, and taking care of yourself at a young age.

But this picture might be my favorite part. When they become so comfortable here that the gym becomes their space too. Comfortable enough to curl up and fall asleep while Mom or Dad puts in the work.

They may not realize it yet, but they’re watching. They’re learning. They’re growing up seeing that hard work and discipline are simply part of life.
