A true test of stability, balance, and body control.

Using the trap bar for dips forces you to generate equal force from each arm otherwise the bar will flip. This will help eliminate any asymmetrical differences

The instability of the trap bar forced you to have a slow and controlled eccentric portion of the exercise

I am all about using anatomy to create the best possible versions of every exercise

This is a variation of a pull-up I have never seen before which has many benefits

Including this rotation into your pull-ups will allow for maximum lat activation on the ipsilateral side
(left lat facilitates left trunk rotation)

Also while allowing maximum lat activation this enhances shoulder stability from the rotator cuff

Taking the time to truly understand anatomy and going back to become certified in multiple other sub-categories has greatly improved my knowledge and has pushed my clients results over the top!

I’ve personally been at a plateau for a long time I first benched 315 when I was 16

Now at 20, 25lbs lighter and post labrum tear I was able to build back up to 315 and move 340 quickly today

I’ve taken a more scientific approach to my training as I have went back and have become certified and many sun categories enhancing my knowledge on how to make myself, my clients, and my athletes better

I’ve perfected the training regimen for overall strength and power and you will see the results quick just as I have!

This here is an exercise that is facilitating proper scapular numeral rhythm

Most people are unsure as to what that means, but if you are an athlete you should start to become very familiar with exercises like this

This specific motion is one that Dr. Nick and I prioritize in our training regimen and have seen great results!
