It was a beautiful day for our first Mallards class! We're exploring the Mt SOL campus looking for cool critters this semester, and the first day did not disappoint!

Today at MLA- MTN SOL Summer Camp!☀️

Miss Taylor and Liz discussed camouflage, its role in species survival and genetic evolution. They even invented their own brand new game to help campers better understand the topic.

We call the game "Hide and Prey"- an adaptation to the game hide'n'seek and an already popular game we play called Camouflage. Campers worked together to hide objects (animals) from the prey (instructors) who had to then find the species to, well... eat them. Hence our student named game... "Hide and Prey!"
