Thank you to all who contacted their delegates in support of the amendment to SB 468! 👏🏼The amendment passed unanimously and prohibits the establishment of any new ATV or ORV trail systems within West Virginia state parks, state forests and state rail trails.

After a final reading in the House on March 6, the bill will be sent back to the Senate for a final vote. Don't forget to thank your delegates for voting yes to the amendment!
