Yesterday, our science lesson had some serious MASS appeal! 🎈

7th Grade Science put the Law of Conservation of Mass to the test by combining acetic acid and sodium bicarbonate (vinegar and baking soda 😉) in a closed system. Students measured mass before and after the reaction, watched CO₂ inflate their balloons, and—when the numbers didn’t quite match as expected—started asking WHY. 🤔

A little chemistry, some unexpected physics, and a whole lot of scientific curiosity made for a pretty well-balanced day in 7th Grade Science! 🧪⚖️🎈
