🌾🚜 Celebrating Ag Education Week 🚜🌾

We are proud to recognize Ag Education Week and the important role agriculture plays in our school and throughout Butler County!

We are especially thankful for the hardworking farmers in our community who work each day to provide food for our families, strengthen our local economy, and care for our land. Agriculture is more than a career in our community, it is a way of life that impacts all of us.

We are also grateful for the partnership between our local farmers and North Butler’s School Nutrition Program. These connections give our students opportunities to enjoy locally grown foods while learning an important lesson: the food on their trays begins with the dedication and hard work of farmers, many of whom live right here in our community. 🍎🥕🌽

Ag Education Week is a great opportunity to help our Cubs understand where their food comes from, appreciate the people who produce it, and discover the many careers connected to agriculture. We are excited to have BCHS FFA at our school to talk to our students about this!

That you to our local farmers for feeding, supporting, and investing in our community!
