✨Graduate Spotlight✨

🎓Huge congratulations to Mrs Jacklyn Kapaldo from everyone here at Morgantown Beauty College!

🎓Jacklyn is graduating TODAY from our Distance Learning Nail Technology program. This is a HUGE milestone! Her classmates and instructors will miss her surely but we are so proud of her for making it to graduation! She has a few things she’d like to share before leaving:

“My name is Jacklyn Kapaldo, and I’m so excited to be graduating from the Nail Technician program at Morgantown Beauty College! Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and friends. Reading is one of my biggest hobbies, and I also love crafting and anything that lets me be creative. I chose this career because I’ve always loved being creative and working with people, and I wanted to turn that into something I could build a career around. One of my favorite things to do is nail art! I love taking an inspiration picture and putting my own spin on it to create something special for my clients. My time at MBC has been filled with so much fun, laughter, learning, and some truly amazing people. I have to give a special shoutout to my two nail tech besties, Shyanna and Kyla. I truly could not have done this without you two!  I’m also so thankful for everyone who has been part of this chapter and supported me along the way, especially my husband, Andrew, who has always encouraged me. I truly have the best family and friends a girl could ask for! And to my boys, Hunter and Logan—you two have been my biggest cheerleaders throughout this journey, always hyping me up and making me feel like I can do anything. ✨Graduate Spotlight✨

🎓Huge congratulations to Miss Kyla Aracich from everyone here at Morgantown Beauty College!

🎓Kyla is just a few days shy of graduating from our Distance Learning Nail Technology program. This is a HUGE milestone! Her classmates and instructors will miss her surely but we are so proud of her for making it to graduation! She has a few things she’d like to share before leaving:

“Hi, my name is Kyla Aracich. I am from Hundred, West Virginia. I am a mother of two beautiful adult children who talked me into taking the nail technician program at Morgantown Beauty College. My favorite service to perform is acrylics. I also have a very supportive best friend who I love with my entire being because he has cheered me on through this entire process. Couldn’t imagine doing this without the support of him, my friend Robin, my mom, my cousin and my kids. Outside of the nail tech program, I am a store manager at the Green Acres Exxon in my hometown. I have two amazing bosses there that have supported my journey in becoming a nail tech. My favorite memory from Morgantown Beauty College is making friends with Two amazing people, Jacklyn & Shyanna! There was definitely never a dull moment when three of us were together! Also- the amazing clients that came to the school specifically to see us. I also enjoyed Learning with Miss Erin and Miss Kayla, Even if Erin woke up choosing violence every day, lol. I also couldn’t have made it without Hunter and Michele guiding me along this path! And Last, but not least, the cosmos! Rayna, Bre, Brooke, Syrianna, Chloe, Gabby, Ruby....... that is just a few, but they made the time here so amazing. I will miss them so much. I totally feel like the mom to the group, but I couldn’t ask for a better group of kids. My heart breaks that I’m leaving them behind. I love you all and can’t wait to see what our futures hold!”

🎓Shyanna graduated on Saturday from our Distance Learning Nail Technology program. This is a HUGE milestone! Her classmates and instructors will miss her surely but we are so proud of her for making it to graduation! She has a few things she’d like to share before leaving later today:

“My name is Shyanna, and I'm from Harrison County, WV. I'm very family-oriented and love spending time with my boyfriend, step-kids, and our dogs. I enjoy being outdoors, shopping, and spending time with the people I love. I'm graduating from the Nail Technology program. I chose nails because I've always loved being creative and wanted a career where I could work with people and eventually build something of my own. Gel-X enhancements are my favorite. I love creating different shapes, colors, and designs and seeing the finished transformation. I'm loud, fun, and outgoing and I pretty much say every random thought that comes to my head. 😂 I have a song or TikTok for every situation and I love music and singing. I'm definitely not afraid to be myself and keep everyone around me laughing! One of my favorite parts of MBC has been meeting Jacklyn and Kyla and knowing I've gained two lifelong friends. It's so nice having people who are going through the same journey, are at the same point in their careers, and can walk through all the ups and downs of school with you. I'm so grateful I got to share this experience with them. My favorite part of being a student at MBC has been learning from Ms. Michele. She has been so encouraging and thorough in her teaching. Her years of experience and success in the industry are something I truly admire and strive to achieve in my own career. I plan to build my clientele in the Harrison County area. Clients can follow my social media to keep up with my work and reach out for appointments!
