It’s going to be a fun season for these teams! ⚽️

A great showing from MUSC at the Labor Day Classic in Canton, Ohio, with plenty of positive performances and valuable experiences across the weekend.

🏆 U13/U14 Girls — Champions after a 2-1 win in the final against Riverhounds Connellsville.

🏆 U12 Girls — Champions after a 2-0 win in the final against Ambassadors.

⚽ U11 Boys — Drew their first two games before finishing the weekend with a win. They narrowly missed advancing on goal difference, but it was a very solid performance from this group.

⚽ U10 Boys — Won their opening game before dropping the next two games while competing in the top bracket. The boys were missing a few players, but they still showed what they are capable of and played some good soccer throughout the weekend.

A lot to be proud of, but also plenty of room to keep improving. We look forward to watching every individual player and team continue to grow throughout the season.

As we kick off the season, a friendly reminder to please be kind to our coaches. Many of them are volunteering their own time—after work, school, and family commitments—to be on the field helping our kids learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

Reminder: Our Coaches Clinic is Tomorrow at Pro! ⚽

We’re excited to host our coaches clinic tomorrow! Peter will be running coaching education sessions for our U6/U8 volunteer coaches, focusing on how to effectively organize and run fun, engaging training sessions for our younger players.

Clinic Times:

U6 — 9:00 AM
U8 — 10:00 AM
U10 & Older — 11:00 AM

We’re also excited to be partner with TeamSnap One for the upcoming season! Every training session will be laid out for our coaches each week, giving them a clear plan to follow and helping everyone hit the ground running from the very first week of training.

We look forward to seeing our coaches tomorrow and kicking off a great season! Information will be coming out Aug 14th to parents.
