Wrapping up our executive team, meet our Chapter President, Ali!

Ali is Morgantown, West Virginia, majoring in Human Resource Management. She is currently interning with PNC as a Human Resources Intern in Pittsburgh and enjoys traveling, going on walks, and spending time with friends.

“Serving on Exec and as Chapter President has challenged me in ways I never expected, shaping me into a stronger, more confident leader and teaching me lessons I will carry far beyond college.

What has meant the most is watching our chapter grow while growing alongside it. Seeing women find their place, build confidence, step into leadership, and form lifelong friendships has been incredibly special.

None of this would have been possible without my sisters. They have been a constant source of joy and support for me through even the toughest challenges, and the bonds I have built here are truly irreplaceable. As I go into my senior year, it is bittersweet knowing this chapter is coming to a close, but I am deeply grateful for getting to be part of something so much bigger than myself!”

This week, meet our Philanthropy Vice President, Ayla Gale!

Ayla is from Charlotte, North Carolina, and is majoring in Psychology. She enjoys shopping, going on drives, singing and making music, going to the gym, and spending time with friends.

“When I came to college, I knew absolutely no one and knew nothing about WVU. Joining Xi instantly made me feel like I had a place here. Gaining so many sisters and becoming part of a Greek family has made my college experience. Meeting my big, Ava, and then seeing her and my gbig as Exec members helped me realize that leadership was something I really wanted during my time in Xi. Our philanthropy has such a special place in my heart, and getting to bring it to life as VP of Philanthropy has been more than rewarding. Watching all my sisters give back to the community in so many ways has shown me the impact our organization can have. Being on Executive Board for Xi and serving alongside some of my closest friends has helped me realize the potential that I have and shown me that I can do whatever I put my heart into.”

This week, meet our Finance and Operations Vice President, Allie Bonvechio!

Allie is from Dover, Ohio, majoring in Math with a minor in statistics. She enjoys reading, singing, dancing, going on walks, and spending time with her friends.

“Being on the Executive Board of Alpha Xi Delta as Finance and Operations VP has been the most rewarding experience. It’s shaped me in more ways than I ever could have imagined. When I first joined Xi, I never imagined I’d be able to take on an executive position. Fast forward a couple years later, and here we are. I’m truly a completely different woman because of it. I have learned so much about who I am as both a person and as a leader. Being on Exec has taught me an abundance of valuable lessons I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Most importantly, it’s taught me to appreciate the sisterhood of Alpha Xi Delta even more than I already did. I treasure every day I’m able to work alongside this amazing group of women. They’ve changed and inspired me more than they’ll ever know. It’s a special thing to be a sister of Alpha Xi Delta. I’m grateful every single day that I get to do what I love surrounded by the very best.”
