The purpose of the Adult Day/Health Services program is to support frail elderly or disabled adult's

Generations promote social, physical, and emotional well-being. Services will include health care services as defined in the NC Division of Aging, and Adult Services standards and a variety of program activities designed to meet the individual needs and interest of the participants. We help with referrals and assistance in using appropriate community services.
